Returns & Exchanges
- Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, you must have prof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please email email@example.com to notify us of your intent to return for refund and include your original order number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please note it can take up to 7 days for the funds to be seen on your account depending on your payment method.
- We are happy to exchange items for another size if we have it in stock within the 30 day period.

- Sale and Outlet items can not be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to us that is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
